Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and contents of the order. Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout. We do occasionally promote deals that offer free shipping when you spend over a certain amount.

Order Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 48 hours and shipped out. You will receive a confirmation email along with tracking details from Suppo rt@lauryncosmetics.com. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

Shipping Carriers and Methods:

We currently partner with UPS & USPS as our shipping carrier. Different shipping speeds will be available for you to choose from at checkout.

Delivery Speed:

Depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination of the order, deliveries can take anywhere from 2-5 business days to be delivered. Please monitor your tracking details daily for the most accurate delivery date.

Shipment Delays:

In the event that the order is delayed after it has been shipped out, please contact the carrier directly for updates pertaining to the delivery date. Unfortunately, while we do partner with USPS & UPS for deliveries, we are unable to control their shipping process or their approach to delivery delays.

Return and Refund Policy

For safety and hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any cosmetic items. This includes all lip glosses, lip sticks and lip balms.
Please review the contents of your cart before placing the order. Once the order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or modify it.
If there are any issues with your order, please email our team at support@lauryncosmetics.com with your name, order number, and a brief description of the issue and our team will be in contact with you.
